Deliveries will come with a tracking number. If you need an item urgently, we can arrange pick-up in Central. Just choose the 'Pick-up' option at check-out and Lady Cura will reach out and arrange further.

Taxes & Duties
If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible for covering the fees before delivery can proceed.
What Do The Order Statuses Mean and How Do I Track The Delivery Status?
We know the terms can get a little confusing, so we have broken them down for you!
Pending Payment
We are in the midst of updating/ verifying your payment and this might take us up to 1 hour. If payment is successful, your order status will be updated to “Processing”.
We’re Packing Your Parcel
We’re putting your order together! You will receive an email once your order is dispatched.
Left our Warehouse
Your order is now with our delivery partner and on its way to you! Your parcel will be handled by SF Express. You may track its journey with SF Express.
Delivered
If you chose for your parcel to be delivered, this means it has reached you.
What Happens if I Missed My Delivery?
After 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 21 days from the dispatch date, whichever is earlier, your parcel will be returned to us and will be refunded in the form of Store Credit minus Shipping Fee.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Confirmation?
You will not be able to amend your deliver info once your order is placed. Drop us a message at +852 9537 8453 (Whatsapp only) and we will do whatever we can to help!
Note: Shipping delay may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we’ll try our best to minimize this.
If we’re too late and your order’s delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partner(s), we may not be able to retrieve it. Please reach out to us at +852 9537 8453 (Whatsapp only) as soon as possible if you need to make amendments – we don’t want your order to land in the wrong hands!
I’m Not Sure if My Order Was Successful, What Do I Do?
Don’t worry, you can always check your order history under your account profile
